Cable was out and door lock had some issues. Staff was friendly but the night shift needed more help Overall decent value for the price. Note no elevator.
Very happy with the changes that have been made here! Guest services has gotten better! The rooms are a lot more clean and breakfast has a great variety of food
We had two funerals to attend. This was exactly what we needed comfy beds and clean space. Close to everything.They are renovating and it's getting a beautiful face lift. We never got to use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. Breakfast included variety of cereals, make your own waffle station , toast station eggs, sausage and yogurt. What we needed it for it was perfect.
Room was very large and quiet. Balcony faced the road but it was ok for one night. Washrooms are a little tight but manageable. Overall a nice hotel and heated pool and hot tub!
I have never seen a much cleaner room with bathroom on a hotel, this property was great in terms of quality and value for money. Even the corridor was nice and clean without any moldy and muggy smell while having an indoor pool. Location was good and easy to arrive, while providing a quiet experience right outside the busy area. Staff were responsive when needed.. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Overall great experience. Highly recommended especially if you have kids.
Staff is great, rooms were clean and nice. Pool is nice and location is great! Breakfast was good, but they could have fresher fruit and maybe switch the sausage with bacon or at least rotate from day to day. Breakfast area could have been a little cleaner. Also, both ice machines were broken and the hot tub was down too. But all and all, it's a great hotel for the price!
I was there for the Festival of Miracles . Everything was amazing ! Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was superb. I will definitely book again for the next conference here. Thank you
We had a business meeting here today, and i have used it in the past for business meetings, and it has always been fantastic. Staff and management were extremely accommodating and very helpful, even supplied me with a temporary data cord for my portable printer.(I had misplaced my own!)
